Refund policy

  At Bramblenote, we hope every sticker and stationery piece brings a spark of magic to your day! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so here’s our return policy for our whimsical creations:

Physical Products

  • You may return physical items within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in their original, saleable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, used, or altered from their original state.

  • Contact us at bramblenote@gmail.com to initiate a return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital products are final sale.  By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your download will start immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU law.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on digital items.

  • Please contact us if you have trouble accessing your download, and we’ll be happy to help.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products (digital downloads that are delivered electronically), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital items or sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return physical items within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital products are excluded from this right. By completing your purchase of a digital item, you acknowledge that the download will start immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU law.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
