Shipping policy

Where We Ship
Bramblenote currently ships physical products within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Digital products do not require shipping—your downloads are available immediately after purchase.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Most sticker orders and small items are sent via Canada Post Lettermail.

  • Larger orders may ship via Canada Post Expedited or Xpress Post.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of CAD $6.50 per order covers Lettermail shipping anywhere in Canada, including packaging and protective materials.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at bramblenote@gmail.com with proof of damage or tracking info. We will work with you to replace or refund legitimate claims.

Digital Products
No physical shipping is required for digital products. Your downloads will be available immediately after purchase.
